Cancellation Policy: Deposits/Any Fees are Non-Refundable/Non-Transferrable.  If an appointment is cancelled w/in 48hrs of appointment time, you will be granted ONE reschedule for •Nail Deposit: Nail Services Only, made within 3 days of cancellation for an appt date/time no later than 7 days of cancellation.  •Makeup Deposit: Makeup Services or One on Ones,Only, made within 7 days of cancellation for an appt date/time no later than 30 days of cancellation.  Any additional Fees will be charged if applicable (Ex: Repairs, Rebalance,  Working Over Others Work, etc.) ANY cancellations after 48hrs up to 6am Day of Appt, deposit/fees will be forefeited and a new deposit/fee will be  required to book your next appointment. *No Deposit Clients, $20 Deposit for Nails, 50% Deposit for Makeup will have to be paid for Cancelled Appt in order to book again.* ANY and ALL Same day Cancellations for ALL Clients REQUIRE a Phone Call or Text Message by 6am that day no matter the start time of your appt. If Not cancelled by Phone Call/Text Message by 6am Same Day , You will be considered a "No Call No Show" and You will be REQUIRED to pay the Remaining Balance (Full Balance for "No Deposit Clients) of Everything Booked for your Appt by 9pm Same Day. If balance is not paid by 9pm Same Day, You will be removed from my client list for a minimum of a 3 month period. So, at minimum, Call/Text me directly by 6am.
